GUEST PROTOCOLS
- Until further notice, Guests ages 12 and older will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test along with a photo ID for entry into our events. If children between the ages of 12-17 do not have a photo ID, a parent or guardian will be required to verify their identity.
- To be considered fully vaccinated, a ticket holder must be vaccinated at least 14 days after their second dose of the Moderna, Pfizer or AstraZeneca vaccine or at least 14 days after their single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
- Original vaccination cards, printed copies of vaccination cards, or digital copies of vaccination cards will be accepted as proof of vaccination.
- Vaccination cards should legibly reflect the cardholder’s name, birthday, and vaccine date(s).
- A photo ID must be presented along with the vaccination or negative test documents. If children between the ages of 12-17 do not have a photo ID, a parent or guardian will be required to verify their identity.
- Guests between the ages of 2 and 11 will not be required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test but will be required to wear a face mask at all times.
- Guests ages 2 and up are required to wear face masks that fully cover the mouth and nose at all times while inside the theatre.
- Masks can be lowered briefly to take a bite of food or sip of a beverage.
- Bandanas, gaiters, face covers with valves or vents, and face covers with only a single layer of fabric do not qualify as an appropriate face mask.
- A face shield can be acceptably worn in addition to, but not replacing, a face mask covering the nose and mouth fully.
TICKETING PROTOCOLS
- We encourage guests to have their tickets delivered via mobile device or email for at-home printing.
HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE
- Compliance with health and safety rules is mandatory, and attendance is conditioned on such compliance. If a guest violates any health and safety rules, the guest may be denied entry to the theatre.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
- An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit to any event.
- By attending a show at our event, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the show, however, caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Soorya performing Arts and its affiliates, partners, contractors, vendors, members, performers, officers, employees, agents, insurers, representatives, successors, and assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons relating to such risks.
